Enjoyed your video 15 months later. I had two ET410s and converted one to an EB410. The ET410 had a lot of the upgrades to the EB410, Not an EB410.2 but close. Tekno comment: I am very impressed with the stoutness of their parts especially the front arms. Used to drive associated since the 80's but got tired of how frequent AE plastics would crack.

At 18:40. What is the difference? How is this improves driving?

That I can’t explain yet I’ll need to look it up. I don’t know, but it changes height and angle of front suspension.

@@netcruzer I have that same set up sheet from Jared Wiggins. If he said that's a good set up, then that's what I'm going with. Thank you.

Just built my Team associated B74.1d and waiting for the electronics now but have this to build next and am keen to see how the builds actually compare as I was very impressed with the B74.1 and I will take into account the Team Associated cost me £120 more..

Has it realty been almost 4 years since the Tekno wheeler came out? Wow, makes me feel old. Especially since my first wheeler was a BJ4!

Tekno needs to come out with some rtr cars so they can just totally dominate the rc game

Finally John !!!! Lol. I’ve been waiting for you to start this. I built mine in the spring and can’t say enough about what Tenno put into this buggy. CF centre brace is a must. Also went with CF front brace and CF receiver plate ( ties into centre brace ) Receiver mounts up high and CF front brace is flat .... perfect for transponder. Can’t wait to see you run it !!! Cheers 🍻

I have a CF front brace and CF towers but have not upgraded. Yeah the Center saves Spurs and I like the fan mount on it. I’ll look into Rx tray. Thanks. I have raced the .2 this week and I was impressed with handling. Video showing that will be posted soon. :)

What radio do you use on it...r u familiar with the sanwa mt44??
@netcruzer4 жыл бұрын
I use an MT4. MT44 is newest equivalent model and what I would buy for a new Sanwa. But.. I’m going to test the Noble NB4 next as it’s value and build and protocol speed is extremely impressive for the money.

Hi John. You mentioned that you had done the 15 deg LRC front hub conversion on your EB410. Do you have any videos where you do a before an after review? I've got original EB410's for both of my son's and I to race at a local indoor track. We primarily run 1/8 outdoor, so this is more of a "fun class" for us....didn't see the need to upgrade to the 410.2 just yet, but I'd love to hear what you thought of the LRC front hubs.
@netcruzer3 жыл бұрын
I don’t believe I did a front hub conversion on EB410 but I did do a roll center change by shimming up ~3mm the outer balls on original parts. I don’t remember doing anything else. That car is gone so only record is the videos. Hope this helps.

The old was starting to get faster an faster cus it was just getting broke in. Lol an dam 3 years is old to you. Nothing wrong with upgrading an it creates content. An why use pliers to hold the nut. Lol
@netcruzer4 жыл бұрын
3 years of almost weekly racing is a lot, not just years in general. Pliers wouldn’t hold onto that ‘nut’ very well either it has very room to hold onto the steering post it’s less than 1mm surface area with little room around it. Thanks for watching!
