The ‘Tribal Combat’ match was nothing more than a regular no holds barred/hardcore match. In my opinion, they should’ve have made the ring to reflect a landmark of Samoa

I know it's a typical Bloodline thing to over do the interference but this was too much. When I hear "Tribal Combat" I think honorable, one-on-one, clean-cut with no help to crown a truly decisive victor; Interference would be deemed shameful and disrespectful to their dynasty and heritage. I could be mistaken but isn't that the way they built up the first "Tribal Combat" match?

Hulkkk Hogan was heavily booed at Wrestlemania 37 in 2021, long before he ever showed support for Trump, and Wrestlemania 37 took place in Tampa Bay, Florida (aka Hogan's own hometown) and even Hogan's hometown booed Hulkkk Hogan out of Wrestlemania history.....WWE hasn't hired Hogan to host another Wrestlemania since, and I doubt that WWE will invite Mr. Hulkkkamania to appear on another Raw since he singlehandedly destroyed the very 1st episode of WWE Raw on Netflix. Entertainment Tonight and Newsweek picked up the story only to talk about Hulkkk Hogan being booed into both humiliation and final retirement.

Yeah, Dave should've put more thought into it and he might've worded it differently. Going to Netflix is 'potentially' the biggest business move WWE has ever made because it's a wait and see thing; Especially when the show, in my opinion, sucked... and did nothing to retain any potential new fans who were Netflix's pre-existing subscribers. I, as a wrestling fan for like 30 years, pay for Peacock for PLEs but typically watch the shows via a free streaming site either live or next day. I paid to watch Raw on Netflix and wish I just kept my $7.

Disagree... that Netflix debut was just, "hey look at our sponsors, ring ads and celebrities we paid to be here"... I understand Kayfabe is dead... But you can't insult the audience's intelligence after every show, they have a press conference basically talking about how it's all an act... Like one month the Rock is the Final Boss... Naomi is responsible for Jades injury. Solo will be punished by his bloodline for loosing because loosing has consequences. What goes around comes around for Solo but eventually rejoining Roman while the Bloodline 2.0 goes rouge. Rollins will change his entire gimmick and go full Joker on the WWE. The Rock will betray Roman.

I didn't like how so much of the show was wrestlers coming out and saying how exciting it is to be on Netflix. It's like saying, wahoo, our business is doing good. I watch the Premier League every weekend, the biggest sports league in the world, not once ever, not once, has it spent so much time promoting how many countries or how much money it makes. That's business, show me entertainment. It's such a weird paradox.

Hulkkk Hogan being booed will go down in history as the permanent tarnishment of WWE's very first (1st) episode on Netflix. We will never forget the moment that WWE crashed and burned in their official debut in The Netflix Era. God bless the city of Inglewood, God blessed my home-county of Los Angeles, God bless my home-state of California, and God bless that multi-racial, multi-cultural, and multi-gendered WWE fans in-attendance and online who understands that what Hogan said, on that audio that was released in 2015, recalls a time in Amerian history that we are all (or a decent amount of people) are ashamed of as fellow Americans. Mr. Ari Emmanuel would be well in his right to call both Nick Khan and Paul Levesque to the front of the congregation to find out why they insisted on permanently tarnishing WWE's debut on Netflix by adding the Hulkkkster to this very first episode.
