Flagrant 2 is a comedy podcast that delivers unfiltered, unapologetic, and unruly hot takes directly to your dome piece. In an era dictated by political correctness, hosts Andrew Schulz and Akaash Singh, along with AlexxMedia and Mark Gagnon, could care less about sensitivities. If it’s funny and flagrant it flies. If you are sensitive this podcast is not for you. But if you miss the days of comedians actually being funny instead of preaching to a quire then welcome to The Flagrancy.

The whole Hannah Gatsby thing is a self fulfilling prophecy. Needlessly injecting herself into this fake controversy basically insures that she'll get a bunch of hate online that she is claiming is actually a result on Chappelle's special. The hate is a reaction to her being an asshole, not a result of Dave's comedy.

I saw a post claiming that Chappelle wasn't being canceled, but was "being invited to the table for transformative talks but won't show up". I thought Dave’s story about Daphne was so touching and that it brought much needed humanity to the issue at hand. I had tears in my eyes. I don’t understand what all this is about. I’m a gay man and I can’t wrap my head around all of this. It’s weird. Dave was recognizing explicitly the humanity of trans people. I’m from the southside of Chicago too and it’s a very liberal diverse city. I support Dave and his comedy and his storytelling. I have had a hard time processing how people can be Trans but what I got from the special was that it doesn’t matter. They are people have a human experience just like I am having a human experience and that’s all I need to know. My natural instincts may not be able to change but I know that’s a person too and I shouldn’t ridicule. We can be human beings to each other, is the message I got from Dave’s special and it was probably among the most humane explanations of this movement I’ve ever heard from someone who isn’t a part of that community. I hope that Dave comes out of this okay and continues to do specials on TV with his same style of humor.

That part when he explains her saying she's having a human experience hit me hard. I believe that ANYONE can watch that special and find the truth that Dave is trying to touch on, the reality of the human experience. We all have to remember that we all experience the same thoughts and feelings every day, it’s all love. Always has been always will be.

No, you’re exactly right. I work in LA and sign NDAs for almost everything I do. Two things: the last NDA asked me my pronouns and I laughed at the studio liaison. And it also asked if I had a preferred gender normative something I can’t even remember. I’ve been doing this 13 years and have signed hundreds of those and have never been asked anything. It’s a STFU order, nothing more. Ridiculous. My boss is 80 and he sat there and made them explain in excruciating detail what every BS term meant. 😂 it took hours.

I'm VERY hesitant to make predictions on how culture is moving in this country, at least in the last several years. I'm always conscious of the fact that I've been dead wrong with 95% of what I predicted with Trump; from the point that I didn't think he had a chance in hell to win the nomination pretty much until a few days after he lost the election (how he was going to act after losing I think everyone knew). That said, I have the distinct feeling that we may be at a pivot point with these culture wars. I think everything surrounding "The closer," from the reviews to how, for the first time in a while, a company isn't bowing to Twitter pressure is different than how they've been doing down. Gadsby is the least funny stand-up that I've seen since the 90s.

To his question of “If they saw her as a thorn in their side and actively looked for a way to fire them and found she did this. That others did it but we are gonna fire you for it” wouldn’t be a valid argument as it would open BIG legal issues with Netflix. I’m an attorney and in my practice I do employee law, and a common one i find is this where everyone messes up and yet only one employee is ever punished for it. Even if they started punishing everyone it’s an argument you could still bring to the table that it was an excuse to fire them. So it’s not something I think that Netflix would do, cause a corporation that big has attorneys on call who would strongly advise against such actions.

i read news with this algorithm in mind: 1-titles can be from 1% true to 50% true based on topic and intensity. 2-the body of the article is biased 100% of the time unless is murder, or something that someone who is handicapped did, or someone saved a life. 3-go and read the same news from at least 5 different pages, preferably all with different political leanings of even from different countries, if there is huge discrepancy on how they focus the story, might as well not think that shit happened or average out the ideas so you get the most neutral message possible. 4a-if you see anything where the alphabet community, poc, feminists are the demon, is probably the build a wall gang so skip and move on. 4b-if you see an article with the opposite message from above (being heroes) is probably something from the castrate all men gang, do as indicated at the end of subsection 4a.
