You can't watch adult content, you can't binge watch, it's all childish crap. What adults are excited about Disney? They currently have 1 show worth a damn and you have to wait months just to finish it. Only netflix and amazon have binge watching and that's why they will always be on top. Where Disney will be great is hulu. When they start making adult marvel shows like netflix was doing but that won't be for few years.

Not even enough child shows for that, i only have it for one or two months, to then stop it in january or so. Because i do wanna see the disney documentaries, and christmas stuff. But after that.. No interest honestly. Need my abc shows.

Pharma-companies legally own 80% of your genes. A handfull of corporations are responsible for 60% of the worlds emissions. Amazon is now allowed to let your Alexa spy on you in your home without having to disclose that and selling recordings to everyone from marketing companies, to the government, to political campaigns so they can figure out how to best control you. Big Data is putting more and more effort into establishing data collection everywhere around you, even to the point of working towards pre-crime algorithms that would allow the government to convict you just for being likely to commit a crime, all in the name of security. And it doesn't seem like anybody cares enough to stop this. Why people choose to pick out Disney as the biggest corporate devil, just because they are big and successfull, is absolutely beyond me. It's a distraction from the terrible shit that is really going on. It's just a different way of being a sheep. So, yes. This is a joke!

@R. Alisha No. I'm currently reading The Phantom of the Opera, the Muppets Meet the Classics version. Very odd since they're in the 1800s, but there is KZbin and jet skis. And the phantom (Uncle Deadly) mentions in a letter that he's looking forward to the day when you can record your voice. So, if KZbin exists, you can record your voice. It's still pretty entertaining. And some parts are clever. Instead of the Angel of Music, Piggy's (Christine) father (Rowlf) refers to the Koozebanian of Music. It's not a Disney publishing company, it's Penguin. I don't have a Disney book on deck for a while. I've got a few of the Twisted Tales books to read though. I've read the Beast one.

As for reading, best advice is just to set aside time to read each day and take a book with you places. Like, if you go to the doctor, bring a book instead of looking at things on your phone. Studies have shown that it takes a lot of concentration to read a book and that things like computers and phones have us used to switching quickly between tasks, so it becomes harder to read unless you get into the habit of reading.

Doing what exactly? The same thing as a dozen other streaming platforms? They only difference between Disney Plus and CBS All Access, Peacock, or Amazon is that they actually have properties people want to watch. And before you go off on them buying stuff... what did they buy exactly? Their animated films are all theirs, or at least produced by them via Pixar. The live-action remakes is just them picking the corpse of their old IPs (same as everyone else is doing). The MCU became a smash despite the most profitable characters in Marvel's portfolio already being licensed to other studios. The only thing they outright bought that got them here was Lucasfilm. Now they've bought Fox too, but they paid a HEFTY price for a dying studio's portfolio. Honestly, I expect us to look back in a few years and say that they choked on Fox.
