Thanks very much for that. Also is there a way to change picture format when the options are actually greyed out? It seems to me that Netflix suddenly has a lot of shows/movies in that horrid letterbox format and it drives me nuts! I don't think this has been an issue until quite recently.. Cheers!

I've noticed on netflix some of their content is not playing at the resolution it says example dolby vision dolby atmos will only play in HD 1080 other content is fine anyone else getting this problem
