Yes Sandman is DC. The Dead Boy Detectives originally appeared in the Sandman comics before having a few comic issues of their own.

Honestly having a hard time getting hyped for new shows, when the odds are so high that quality content like Dead Boy Detectives will most likely be canceled before the story is done and the fans left wanting more. It’s such a good show and it feels like it was hardly given a chance. Please reconsider and allow them to film season 2- you already have the scripts, let them be filmed!

The level of nostalgia I have for the one piece live action is painful. I really want to see it finished and done literally as best and as close to anime as possible. Of course th budget would be insane and netflix would probably lose a lot of money. But I will say it will be one of those shows you come back to and restart over and over and over and over. Season 1 was good. But they can do better. It would cost a lot but would be worth it.
