It did get cancelled. They gave them these handful of episodes to finish it, but it was cancelled. Cancelled meaning they wanted to continue the show and Netflix said no, you're cancelled, you can finish off a few plots but that's it. It's like when NBC cancelled Timeless but gave them a tv movie to finish up the story. It is still cancelled.

@@larrie9491 Well, the cancellations have become frequent these days. And usually the shows they don't cancel aren't as good or people wish they'd just end (example: 13 Reasons Why. It went on well past the book and that upset a lot of people) Netflix has rightfully given itself a bad reputation by cancelling good and promising shows after they hardly bother to market them. So we're not new, but Netflix not cancelling a good show definitely feels new these days lol

I understand what everyone is saying but if that's what you guys actually mean, then saying “Netflix actually finishes a show after a long time” which would still be incorrect anyway because they finished Ragnarok last year and some other shows, and this year they finished Sweet Tooth this month in June. In my 6 years of watching Netflix, I have seen them finish at least 50 or more shows. So no matter how many times you try to explain, your anger is why you think they're stepping up their game and finishing a show. If you would've put that anger and frustration aside for one minute, you would've seen that they have finished more shows than you thought. Literally, 6 years and they have finished more shows than I can count, and those shows I miss a lot and some I have never seen, but the shows I've never seen and knew finished were simply because I paid attention instead of whining. It's always viktors fault. She leaves loved ones in dying planets 3 times in a row coz of Viktor. He was a psychopath as a baby killing nannies there dad did it coz he feared him and for good reason. Yet pogo gets killed coz Hargreaves wasn't there. N everyone forgives and babies him, just coz he was left out of missions as if Klaus wasn't locked in cemeteries. You guys complain about Netflix canceling shows so much, that you don't even fact check to see if they actually have finished a show and think you can state a fact that isn't a fact to begin with and say it's late and how they’re changing 😭

But yeah, no, for every multiple season show that had finished with a decent arc, I can name four or five shows that have been canceled after one or two seasons, in the middle of a story arc. Most of those were in Netflix's top 10 most viewed shows of the month. Believe me, this is not a lack of checking on my part. I used to watch a lot of Netflix. Them ending so many shows right in the middle is part of why I stopped. The OA, Santa Clarita Diet, The October Faction, Sense 8, 1899, GLOW; most of these were Netflix's most popular shows, getting good or even great reviews and were despite that still canceled unexpectedly. Some were so succesful that other channels or distribution services actually had interest in buying the shows, there were one or two shows that were "saved" by fans campaigning on twitter, but There's just too many shows that just... stopped. Netflix has a terrible reputation not because they never finish shows in a very literal sense of the word never, but because the sheer number of unfinished shows overshadows the ones that do finish, by tenfold, and because they for some reason have a habit of canceling the very popular well-received shows.

It fills me with such joy that Gerard Ways creation is one of the few Netflix adaptations that have actually reached its natural end and wasn't cut off or cancelled. My favourite band makes my favourite superhero tv show (Other than Daredevil NETFIX)

The show was cancelled. They negotiated to have a few episodes to finish off the story, but it was cancelled. They wanted to do more seasons, Netflix said no. This is still cancelled, but at least we have a few episodes to try to wrap up the story.

One of the greatest shows ever the amazing actors the cast is amazing more we want more Mr Colm Feore he is something else love his performances so dedicated to his role he really brings it together with all the other actors.
