I was very depressed tonight. I dropped my mom and her friends off at the bar and came back home. She wanted me to get ready and join her down there to dance. I normally do anything my mom asks me to do no matter what. We live together. She is 81 and I’m 53. I’m also 5 years sober. Normally, going to a bar to hear a band doesn’t bother me. I work a strong program. But the last couple of weeks I’ve been feeling off. I’ve been single by choice a long time now and I’m starting to get lonely. A couple of times after my home group this week passing the bar I see the parking lot full and a thought ran through my head to just go in and hear the band…. By myself…. Not a good choice. So I knew in my gut not to go tonight. So I was sitting here feeling sorry for myself and I saw this video. So happy I started watching it. Feel much better

I remember his earlier routines talking about how he was so well groomed, so well dressed, and how ppl disgusted him, just by how they dressed. Now he's talking about sucking snot with one ball out. 🤣 A baby is the great equalizer. The things we do for love! (Gotta hand it to him though, he still dresses nicely to go out. And he helps with the baby. Much respect.)
@theshadylady19824 жыл бұрын
Yep... behind closed doors you can be balls out, bare feet and band aids. BUT... when you leave the house... you don't go as is. It's a process. A process many folks pass on these days. I TOTALLY relate to his shock at the 'flip flip' eww... or worse, a flip flop with band aids. Plural. Now add the sound of friction from the thighs rubbing together paired w the 'flip flop drag sound of the feet wearing foam shoes and failing to be lifted fully off the floor... this combination makes me sooo triggered. I just want to scream 'PICK YOUR FEET UP!' & 'aren't you embarrassed?' Inner thighs are smoking from the friction. They may just burst into flames... band aid is hanging by a thread. 🤦🏼♀️ No. No. No. Just no.
