To be fair, if Beauty and the Beast was set in another time frame it would have similar effect. One of the things that makes Naveen of my top 3 disneys princes is his surprising humility. Throughout the movie, he acknowledges that he is spoiled, yet he doesnt act arrogant. He's a genuinely fun person to be around and he even has a moment of clarity in the movie where he admits he doesnt have any life skills. Normally, any other prince wouldve been too prideful to even dare stutter such a thing. But he's not afraid to admit it and is able to grow and change because of it. Mans is a 10 out of 10. Best disney prince ever!
