here’s the thing.. Conrad is like the soulmate but literally ONLY for Belly. There’s nothing that objectively makes him better. Him and Belly just have a special connection. This is so accurate! While watching i was thinking the same things and having the same reactions! I think that Belly is really so immature ad self-centred, the only thing she wants is a boyfriend and a fairy tale love story, and she is not interested in understanding other people’s feelings, how can you force someone to go to the prom and then expecting him to be enthusiastic about it?…especially while his mother is dying.Then her reaction at the funeral is completely out of place. And then she decides that Jeremaiah is more exciting and so she thinks is a good idea making out with him on Conrad’s car, wearing Conrad’s sweatshirt, just when things were starting to get better for Conrad, for the brothers and the house. Belly is clearly a red flag and i think she doesn’t deserve none of them.

Honestly, I FULLY blame Susannah for this circus too. At the end of the day, as harmless as she thought it was, hammering into the mind of a 12 yo girl that you're destined to end up with one of two brothers you see every year (whom are also attractive) would never end well.
