So fun to see them play this, so nostalgic! I dont know if 80's kids played this but as a 90's kid we played this a lot, I played this with my classmates, friends and cousins. It is best to play it if you are more than 5 people, the more the merrier. And 1 player is supposed to be Dr. Quack Quack and the Dr. must not look while they're doing the knots before he has to find out how to untangle everyone. After the Dr. untangles everyone, the Dr. will unclasp the hands and the challenge there is to keep holding. After he unclasp everyone's hand, they have to run and make sure the Dr. doesnt tag you. If one got tagged he/she will be the next Dr. Quack Quack.

okay, so for everyone, here's how to actually play the game: Components: the more players, the better. only one will play the doctor. then the rest are patients. the doctors should be placed first somewhere where they cant see how will the patient will tangle them selves, they can be blindfolded just to make it easier. then of course the patients SHOULD tangle themselves really well WHILE they hold hands forming a circle (just like how they did in the video). some variation: sometimes, the doctor will count up to 100 as timer for the patients to tangle themselves. when the patients are ready, the group will say "Dr. Quack Quack, please help!", then that starts the game. once the doctor untangles the patient, they will run and be chased by the doctor, and the first person to be tag by the doctor will be the next doctor.
