I really wonder did they realise how massively loved Eddie would be when they killed him? Like i couldn’t believe the internet that summer, it was totally in love with Eddie Munson, they’ve had great characters introduced and die in all the seasons but this guy really hit something, he was a really fantastic character though, the guy played it so well and was so likeable

They really did a great job writing Eddie. I think him being a highschool outcast just trying to be himself played a huge part in it. A lot of people were able to relate to him unlike the other great characters who died. A lot of us saw our selves in him, we WERE him, just people doing what we like most that the society thought strange.
