I didn't expect to love this movie. I haven't been in High School in a minute but it was cool to see a revolutionized version. ALSO Sydney Park is so gorgeous wow the whole cast is so photogenic.

This movie really caugth me by surprise, I mean I thougth it was going to be just a normal-basic and very cliche high school type of movie, but it wasn't I mean, it shown real problems and also mentioning subjects that ar HAPPENING now, left a bit more empowered than what I was before, I really recommend it.
@ushywushy99153 жыл бұрын
Yeah I don’t get all the negative reviews. It’s such a beautifully made movie, and they did a really good job making it empowering and interesting. They addressed real problems in a great original way, definitely one of my favorite movies now.
@tophstwin32523 жыл бұрын
@@ushywushy9915 same and they probably have it a bad review because they would hate to see women strutting their stuff and not taking BS from anyone, I don’t think they want to see a woman let out the true Phoenix inside her

I totally agree. I really just didn't know what to expect and I could honestly relate to so many of these characters. Moxie just addressed so many important issues and as i said i just could relate. I felt a lot for all of them but i related to kiera but mostly Kaitlynn. I'm in my early teens and I'm judged for the same thing that she is and have gone thru so much embarrassment for it so I was so empowered by her.

This movie surprised me with how real it was. It brought up memories of how I was harassed and just accepted it as normal and thought “that’s just what guys do”. But it reminded me that I have a voice and that I don’t have to accept what guys and society say about me.

I watched this on a day I needed support. It utterly caught me off guard, for I thought it would go along the lines of The Kissing Booth which is pure hellfire brimstone garbage yet with Moxie... it didn't glorify its message, got to the point and had characters you identified with or emulated, all whom had richness, tenacity and conviction for their quest to make their world a better place. Even some it's male characters were on board. Now I'm a dude and I *LOOOOOOVED* this movie.
@niran77833 жыл бұрын
The cast made a very good job, all of them in different way, i enjoyed watching the movie, because of the message behind the funny stuff . I was a little upset to not seing Jo's more but i knew how it's going to be and im very proud about her last scene, it was strong and it hits me , for a moment i just freezed, thinking about someone abusing her made me sick. I had a flashback about the last 10years of my life and realized the influence things we've lived can have on present, i was thinking about what happenned to my best friend etc . No one shouldnt be quiet no matter how big is your story .

Will always be a proud Amy Poehler fan. I love you Amy. You really made one hell of a movie. A true artist is one that reflects change. It doesn’t have to be massive or monumental but in the little things that we do in our lives. AP is a true example of that. ♥️ @Netflix please tell her Salman Ghori from Pakistan said that.
