Their comment about the American education system is so spot on 😭😭 I didn't realize India was an Asian country until I SETTLED in India 😭😭🤦🏼‍♀️ I'm not dumb, either, just dropped out in my second year of 9th grade(family issues). 😆 So a lot of us aren't actually dumb, it's the guidance & enforcement of our education system that's abysmal. Due to cutting funding bc the gov is ruled by corps & they want to enrich the private school industry. Basically privatization, which they're actually making happen in every industry. 😭😡 Sorry went on a tangent there 😆 It's true tho. Love Trixie & Katya 👸🏼👸🏼 Queens picking up the slack of the US education system lmao. Educating their children. "America is just 5 corporations in a trenchcoat" - Had to leave this quote for y'all lol

@@JaseekaRawr you don't need an education system to be a curious kid and look at a map once. Atlases of different kind are some of the most popular kids literature that helps them learn about the world. Maps are literally everywhere. But, uhm, it's quite ironically fitting that you, by your own words, are a settler in a foreign land.

@@glupik1234 idk man, I’ve been in this world a couple decades and I’ve only just now found a globe, not a map. And even then my first instinct isn’t to memorize everything I see and if I did that still wouldn’t make me great at geography. Plus, if I’m using technology, idk about you but my first instinct with entertainment is not going to be looking up a map.

19:49 Chloe actually said she has been sober for two years, and it made me watching her in Perfect Match even more fun because every time she was this unhinged and hyper I remembered this is just 100% her while being 100% sober 😂. Also Joey was her sobriety partner in the house, there was too much alcohol around them and they supported each other through staying sober and became even better friends. I also had a preconceived notion of Joey and he surprised me a lot in this show.

I’m not saying he’s probably never been a jerk and he’s definitely not a genius but he knows who he is and he’s comfortable with it the way he seemed to genuinely make friends with most of the contestants in season 1 and on is so sweet. Kinda off topic, but Katya's opinion on virginity is so accurate. It's not the Middle Ages anymore, women aren't being sold in exchange for goats and the social construct of virginity is dated, sexist and pointless.

I think the ‘especially men’ part was unnecessary, it sounded bad coupled with the penetrative sex argument. Having said that, I don’t think her wording was meant to come off like that and I agree that virginity is a scam.

For people who are constantly submerged in queer culture like us, it can be easy to forget that Trixie and Katya are actually pretty niche celebs. Yeah, they have up to 8 million views on some if their stuff on yt, for example, but compare that number with world's population or even US population. It's nothing.
