Maybe do an electric version too on a BMW i3 for people that way inclined. The aerodymnamics would be easy to get to being great, that massive hood would mean you could have a very decent sized trunk and thin, tyres would look as it should and offer very easy handling. What a gorgeous car. It's dated in design (which is a good thing here) but timeless in class. I can't even imagine back then. 180hp in 1400 lbs is still a great power to weight ratio today. 360hp in a 2800lb car would be more than respectable. Putting it into perspective of most cars of the day, getting a ride in this would be like getting a ride in a luxery supercar or hypercar of today.

When he said 2.3 liter I recalled that's what wasin the Vega rated at 75 hp with single barrel carb or 90 hp with the 2-barrel.

My 2020 Toyota Yaris/Mazda Mazda2 hatchback has a 1.5L 4-cylinder that makes only 106 horsepower and about the same in torque.

Spot on 2K. Imagine cruising at 190 KPH in 1931 in something that looks this modern and beautiful even today. it would be almost impossible to comprehend when it passed you while you were flat out 70 KPH

One of the most beautiful examples of design I have seen. What a wonderful restoration done with reverence to the history and elegance of the underlying engineering.

140mph in this thing?!?! I couldn’t imagine doing that in my car and it’s more than capable, I could only imagine how terrifying that would be in this car!!!
