Hi Cris, I’m from New South Wales, Sydney, Australia. We have just purchased a business that uses Netsuite. I will only be responsible for doing administrative tasks, and have been referring to your videos to get an idea of how Netsuite works, the layout of the screen and how to do some admin tasks. I’ve found it really helpful. I love your presentation and your voice is easy to listen to. (I’d love more admin task related videos). Keep up the great work (and hope you’re feeling 100% real soon).

Thanks. It really depends what you're trying to achieve. Do you want become a functional consultant or a trained administrator, or maybe you want to open up other job possibilities by having some NetSuite experience? No matter what path you're taking, if you have no experience with NetSuite I would start with the NetSuite Fundamentals course. From there you can branch off into specific courses depending on your goal.

Nope, there is a federal law in the US banning computer science degrees from a NetSuite career. Sorry.

Hello, is there a certification for End User and can you please give me an idea of what courses I need to take. I am familiar with NetSuite but only as an end user. I am totally confused about where to start. Please help me. Thank you

As gone over by email, yes I would do the Fundamentals Course and then the Financial User Prep course when it is released.

I just graduated and just wanted to know if netsuite is a good career option coming from computer science is this career future proof as well? thanks

It's tough to answer that question, it really depends on the person. If you like working with systems and accounting, then it can be a great career option. In terms of career-proof, it's definitely not as solid as being an electrician but NetSuite has been around for 25+ years and will surely continue to be a major player for at least another 10 years.

Hello, I am a teacher and my studies have nothing to do with accounting or business administration, but I would like this field. Can I work just because I have a certificate from NetSuite?

That's a very broad question, totally depends what you're trying to get a job for. Certs can be helpful but any smart employer should be looking for more than just a piece of paper.
