I'll guide you through the process of posting an item receipt for a purchase order in NetSuite.
This is especially useful if you're dealing with purchase orders that are marked as 'pending receipt'-a common scenario that might have brought you here.
We'll start by selecting a purchase order from the list. After clicking 'view', you'll see an option to 'receive' the order. I'll show you how to fill in all the necessary details about the items you've received.
Once you've entered the information and saved it, the receipt will be directly linked to the original purchase order, ensuring everything is accurately updated in your system.
