NetSuite Tutorial | Pause Dunning for a particular Customer, Invoice, or Invoice Group

In this video, I'm going to guide you through the process of pausing dunning activities for a specific customer invoice or invoice group in NetSuite. This feature is useful when you need to temporarily halt dunning letters due to disputes, ongoing discussions, or any other reason you might encounter.
To pause the dunning for a customer, simply navigate to the Dunning section of their account, select the appropriate dunning pause reason from the dropdown menu, and save your changes. For an invoice, the steps are similar: access the Dunning section, choose the pause reason.
For both, make sure to tick the 'Pause Dunning' checkbox before saving.
If you decide to resume dunning later, you can do so by unchecking the 'Paused Dunning' box on the dunning sub-tab. This action will trigger the dunning evaluation workflow, which may result in a dunning letter being sent based on the outcome of the evaluation. This will also clear the dunning pause reason and any details associated with it.
