In this tutorial, I'll guide you through the process of printing Dunning Letters from NetSuite's Dunning Letters bundle. To start, you must first generate the PDF files using the Dunning PDF Printing Queue on the Dunning Dashboard. Make sure the 'Allow letters to be printed' box is checked on customer or invoice records, as this is necessary for the letters to show up in the queue.
To access the queue, navigate to 'Setup', 'Dunning', then 'Dunning PDF Printing Queue'. Here, you can use filters to narrow down the PDFs you want to print, selecting based on customer names, subsidiaries, dunning procedures, or specific dates related to the last letter sent or the evaluation period.
Once you've found the files, click 'Print' to generate the PDFs. These PDFs, along with any specified attachments, will then be moved from the queue to the recently printed section on the dashboard.
After printing, the PDF files are available in the File Cabinet under 'Documents', 'Files', where each batch of Dunning letters is saved in its own folder. These folders are labeled with a timestamp and, if multiple batches are printed in one day, a sequential batch number.
To access and print the documents, simply navigate to the appropriate folder and download the files. If the attachments are large, they may be split into multiple files to manage size limits. This setup ensures you can easily manage and print your Dunning letters effectively.
