I definitely will be more aware when out and about, you never know who you'll run into. I'm an introvert, so that can be challenging at times, but since I've started to shift my mindset and being more open to chit chatting with people, I have noticed that it comes more naturally.

Hi Darin, thank you so much for sharing this information. I am also 7 years in this business, had some success, but I did not understand totally how it is working. But once you pointed out these very simple and clear points it just clicked in my mind and finally, I got it. I am already doing this warm market list, and I am adding daily new people on my list, but I was not consistent in doing this.
