Chuck, I’m not going to lie to you, this video is exactly what I needed to hear. I pinned this video in my “motivation” playlist. The “organize your thoughts from taking notes to giving notes.” This is really one of my main beliefs with how I really master a subject. I teach it to others. You really got me hooked here. But then saying “Your perspective is valuable.” “Will it be valuable to 1,000,000 people? Probably not. But, it needs to only be one.” Gosh. Boom. Mind-bomb. I love helping people. It’s why I do many of the things I do. I can do something that not everyone can, so I enjoy sharing it. I just started my homelab journey a few weeks ago while having some time off from surgery as a way to pass the time. Here I am three raspberry Pis and a repurposed enterprise HP server later and I was considering making a website, but I wasn’t really sure what to do. I have several ideas now. I love this video, not the first I’ve watched of yours, but YOUR perspective was so inspiring. It’s so relatable. I love it. Thanks so much!

Interesting explanation on learning at 13:07. I was just reading a study where they tested four groups of students, the ones that RECALLED the information, learned better than the students that read once, read multiple, or took notes. It was the ones that recalled (gave notes), that retained the information the best.

when you started talking about how websites like x or twitter may eventually go down but if you create your own website it can be up forever I was like, this guy is officially goated. Please keep creating AI content and, more or less, philantechnic (idk lol) content

I really like your video~ I am also learning to build websites with AI recently. I use trickle ai. I also thought about building a personal website at first, but I felt like I didn’t have anything to share, so I built a portfolio website for a friend and an online beverage store website, but there was no login and payment channel. The domain name was also a subdomain of trickle. I took it as an exercise. After watching your video, I suddenly felt that I could also build my own personal website, but I’m still racking my brains to think of what I can share on my website.

So cool how you include your kids in the videos... now you have me thinking about ways to get my 13 year old daughter involved.

My uncle didn't have website and was making millions. I was making websites and didn't have my own website and I had more customers that I could handle. Not having a website is not a problem when you make loads of money without it.

Thank you, you just touch a part of me, that is hidden from the ordinary eyes, i had a little tear in my eyes too but I'm good 13:54 minute, talked directly to my soul, you got a new subscriber, "THANK YOU"

As a teenager, learning website designing, I've got to say, the first part of this video really shook me because of this whole AI something taking over web design, but I felt a sense of relief as the video went on. I do think at some point AI's gonna massively influence web designing, but not now or maybe I'm just deluded. Anyways its a great skill to have.
