Neue Schweißanlage am Standort Bessenbach

Am Standort Bessenbach / Frauengrund wurde eine neue vollautomatische Schweißlinie in Betrieb genommen.
Mit dieser Anlage werden die Führungslenker unserer SAF INTRA Achsen inklusive Bremsträger komplett automatisch und mit garantierter Chargenrückverfolgbarkeit an das Achsrohr angeschweißt. Selbst die Bauteile werden selbständig über SAP mit dem Auftrag abgeglichen.
Die Schweißmaschine AHS 30 erreicht eine Taktzeit von rund 3 Minuten pro Achse, wodurch unsere Achsproduktion erheblich beschleunigt und damit die Ausbringungsmenge erhöht wird - also rundum ein echter Mehrwert im Hinblick auf Prozessoptimierung und Effizienz.

New fully automatic welding line ⚙️
At the Bessenbach / Frauengrund site, a new fully automatic welding line was put into operation.
With this system, the suspension arms of our SAF INTRA axles, including the brake carrier, are welded to the axle tube completely automatically and with guaranteed batch traceability. Even the components are automatically compared with the order via SAP.
The welding machine AHS 30 achieves a cycle time of around 3 minutes per axle, which significantly accelerates our axle production and thus increases the output quantity - in other words, real added value in terms of process optimization and efficiency.
