"Burn your family rat" is one of the best things I've heard on this show, I understand that they mean 'burn your family, rat' but it's just so funny. What did the adorable straw spawn do to earn your ire? Also I immediately realized that calling someone straw spawn is a pretty good insult, it is however a reference to the Antient Greek theory of spontaneous generation, basically that salamanders were born from fire, rats born from straw, etc...

I feel that Eveon is from some kind of slavic country. Likely Russia given that russia has a majority gamer population. "Your Mother" is a common swear in russia itself, often used as an equivalent of a more aggressive generic curse such as "Dammit". F** is also a very common curse word in slavic countries.

I had a very unpleasant experience on the ladder last week. I was rather drunk and a guy was greifing me all through the match and then logged on to 6, (yes, six) different accounts to grief me after. r/starcraft/comments/14ni7a7/players_like_this_is_why_sc2_is_not_respected_in/ if you are interested. I can send you the replay. It's not exactly salt mines. It's the opposite, where a guy wins and still acts like a dickhead

That sucks mate. They're just trying to drag you down to their level. Imagine how bad your life has to be to win the game and then still need to insult your opponent to make them feel bad? Just block, and if they keep making accounts just turn off messages from people not on your friends list. Once you realise how crazy these people are you realise their insults have 0 power

@@PiGstarcraft Yeah I know. I literally walked away and made a snack. Alt-tabbed and came back an hour later and was shocked they were still sending messages. But it's the community that stops me being able to enjoy the game. It's just one example but people like that is why I only play SC2 once a year. Keep up the good work though. Your vids are great. I'll stick to my speedruns and challenge runs lol
