I tried this algorithm in data exchanging in flask but on storing key and alphabets in cookies and when I get the keys and alphabets in JavaScript function they are not same, this is because some escape characters like , or ; etc, can you help on this

I personally think "encode" and "decode" are more suited here

Encoding won't solve this issue. You should do encryption . When you encode, it just change symbols . Encryption will change everything . Encode is not encryption .
