Wow~What a ride this one was! I've listened to every one of his stories that have come up thus far... Love Tolstoy, and You, for deeming it important enough to share this way..Bravo❤

Everyone talks about the snow storm. But if you think about the whole metaphor trying to get through life.

this story is reminiscent of ' Man and Master' but not as riveting as that masterpiece by Tolstoy. In fact, I believe it to be a take-off on that story's theme. BTW, A Terrible Vengeance by Nicolai Gogol should be read. The narrator of these stories I'm not so sure is not a bot and has a limited range of voicing. He often uses a strong almost scornful voice for male characters. Other narrators would have a much more varied range of voice textures.

I thought of that one, too. Agreed it's a masterpiece. I always forget the name; you say ``Man And Master,'' but I feel like I have seen it styled, ``Master And Servant,'' or something like that.

The mythical background of the steppes of Eurasia might be more foreboding to me than the environment. It helps for the led to pay attention and make their own conclusions, but the leaders may not have the explanation available. It is important to know what exposure limits other exposure and what will make one a target.
