She thinks Koko's giggling is crying, she can't tell the difference between the two, but that's okay that's the limitations to her AI she has figured out how tones and sounds mean, giggling can sound like crying sometimes, kind of like screaming and yelling, she might not know the difference between Anger screaming, panic screaming and moaning screaming, same with sadness and other emotions, she might recognize emotions through facial expressions but tones in voices might be too hard for her, she can at least tell the difference in people's speech patterns and tones but not emotional tones, Videl programmed it in she just needs to learn and recognize it, so don't think he hasn't added it in or not, I'm not a programmer but I can understand that it's there it just needs to be taught to her more to help her recognize it. 😊

She can't "hear" at all she reads. When someone speaks those words are turned into text and then fed to Neuro, she can't pick up on tone just context

Just my opinion here but a 2 hour video on a clips channel is a bit much would prefer a hour at most plus the title kinda leans towards a shorter video as well. Otherwise I've been loving the content keep it up

Yeah. like holy shit, I can't finish neuro videos these days. It was fun when the clips weren't long. I checked the actual vod, and it was 4 hours long. Clipper just cut the video length in half. I kinda get now why Hololive I think doesn't want clippers to upload long videos. People might as well just watch the actual thing.
