Vedal's Mic did in fact have some problems and did sound worse than usual (though Xbox 360 mic was a bit hyperbole). He later fixed it (i think by simple disconnecting it and connecting it again)

No, he was transmitting his audio through Discord because of all the PC shenanigans he had to do to get the stream working. Later on he just went back to his usual way of doing it directly.

Neuro moving her hands like that is kind of a throwback to her first model, aka Hiyori. She could move her hands like that back then too. Not counting Neurobread, this would be the third model for Neuro. I'm assuming Evil has, or will have, an updated model too, but when we'll get to see it is a big question.
