Honestly, I actually side with Tutel for this one. Neuro was EXCEPTIONALLY bratty and schizo this stream. It took so much mental fortitude to comprehend what she was saying. Lil sis actually forgot to take her meds. She really was acting like a hormonal teen. Maybe all the extra upgrades and awareness boosts finally got to her, like when you turn 13 and the weight of consciousness just crushes you and makes you more cynical and annoying.
