@@DrJamesGill (Same here, by the way. I'm a lawyer who originally wanted to be an astrophysicist.) Question? I assume that the volunteers helping you out with these videos are medical students and, not surprisingly, relatively young and healthy. Have you ever run across an actual problem during these demonstration exams, and how did you handle it if you did? I'm fairly certain that, if you had, you'd have flipped instantly from being their professor to being their doctor, and we rightfully would never have seen the video. (Which, by the way, I wouldn't want to see. I'm just wondering if that's ever happened.)

I feel like some classes should be like this, in a video, it's so much interesting, entertaining and you can pause, rewind if you didn't get something and get going on your own pace. @@DrJamesGill agreed! Spent a year pulling myself out of an OCD driven depression hell a few years back. It taught me the awesome power of the mind for good and ill. Funnily enough I found videos like these helped, relaxing, soothing and despite my lack of knowledge, very informative! Keep up the excellent work and videos Doctor, I still watch them. 👍

I need to understand this because its driving me crazy. At the start of examinations when you ask patients to hold their hands out, and later to put together their fingers in a heart shape, What is it youre looking for? What is it thats meant to stand out? This questions been driving me crazy
