brilliant. summary here for those returning who don't want to watch Giles again = but who wouldn't? four areas: LL, UL, Face, couch with three things in each lower limb - tandom gait - heel and tip toe walking - end with Romberg so you can go straight into ... upper limb - pronator drift with finger nose test and DCML testing - play piano (PD, UMNL) and floppy fish (cerebellar) - mm tone in hands ± synkinesia face - fields (focus temporal for most) - follow finger: quadrants, up/down gaze - face: smile, grimace, tongue out, eyes shut and wide open couch - DTR UL - DTR LL - scope
