I'm pretty sure the audio is not synced with the visuals so the whole lecture was extremely confusing!

The video is lagging hugely behind the presentation for some reasons, either technical or because of slide changes not coordinating with the actual talk. The delay is much as fifteen seconds or more making it difficult for the youtube viewer to fully appreciate what Dr Rodriguez is speaking about.

Hi I'm 39 and in 2015 I was diagnosed with a low grade rosette forming Glioneuronal tumour of the 4th ventricle. I have had a crainiotomy to remove a portion of the tumour but it grew back. So 7 months later I November 2015 i was given gamma knife radiation and to date I have remained stable-ish. I had a bad reaction to the radiation as I have Indolent Systemic Mastocytosis (diagnosed October 2014, 3mon before the tumour was found bothe conditions unrelated). Its really hard as the tumour is so rare and having my other condition. Finding this had been really helpful thank you

Very nice presentation. Is it possible to mention the tumours marker/ IHC names for each tumour in text in your presentation when you orally mention it so that we can clearly understand what it is. Thank you

My nine-year-old was diagnosed with something you mentioned in this podcast. She’s being treated at Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia with Mek inhibitors and an additional chemotherapy on top of it. She has a leptomeningeal Glioneuronal with a B Raffi 600e mutation. I am wondering if in general with the diffuse nature of this tumor if children do well with the Mac inhibitor’s? I heard you say that the beer raft mutation is very common in these types of tumors and that people do very well and they behave well as tumors it is a who grade one1
