I had a aspiration and fibrin glue injection into a tarlov cyst. No check was done like you said and I indeed did have an inflammation reaction that worsened me greatly. I always wondered why thank you. I now am much more disabled after the procedure. The symptomatic tarlov cysts refilled immediately with very severe symptoms. I was soon diagnosed with both catastrophic adhesive arachnoiditis and cerebral arachnoiditis. Both temporary and permanent damage areas started forming and still are up my spine to my brain.

Thank you VERY much for addressing Tarlov cysts! Mine is bilateral, 2cm at S2, traversing S3. I also have Intracranial Hypertension and a Dural tentorial brain lesion w/cortical venous drainage. Severe, intense pain episodes.
