The ability to dissolve in water is probably a curse like how other gods leave behind when they die in other nations ,the voice that lyney heard was probably the previous archon ,the rain has a high possibility that it is related to the chief considering that it rains during trials and after that navia cried in front of him it rained too , and as for childe being "guilty" I have 2 hypothesis ,1 is that the oratrice goes with the perspective of most of ppl considering that childe almost made an entire nation drown and they judged him for that instead of the current case ,the other hypothesis is that the other side of furina controls the oratrice and kept childe because as she said she judges even other gods while the other side of furina was surprised or that the previous archon consciousness exists in the oratrice and she did it for the same reason above

Now the big 1 is that skirk is the 1 that made childe get caught in the 1st place and that she can control the oratrice and she wants him to reach to her somewhere hidden beneath fontaine ,otherwise why did they bring up skirk all of a sudden
