Am I wrong, or did he say it took a whole summer to place one ATV crossing / cattle guard and do some fence work? It seems to me, a little bit of digging a channel and a traditional cattle guard would suffice. This is exactly what happens when you get the Government involved. Tons of money wasted, lots of paperwork and studies, and NOTHING gets done. Also, those crossings don’t look very motorcycle friendly. On the positive side, what a beautiful place!
