Never Before Seen Tour Inside of The Notebook House | Allie's Dream Home from Noah | Come On In

Take this amazing tour with us through the Notebook House and explore the unknown.
According to real estate website Truila, the house has five bedrooms,4.5 bathrooms, multiple fireplaces, and a grand staircase to help fill the home's 4,255-square feet.
The sweet act resulted in some serious real estate, both on camera and in real life. The gorgeous old Southern beauty is located on Martins Point Road South Carolina's Wadmalaw Island. Built around 1772, the stately home is one of just a few homes in the exclusive waterfront community of Martin's Point Plantation.
Noah shows Allie the crumbling plantation house of his dreams and tells her that one day he is going to buy that house and fix it up. Allie loved the waterfront plantation home too, telling Noah that her dream home was a white house with blue shutters, a porch for rocking, and a room with a view of the water so she can paint. Eventually Noah bought that rundown house and painstakingly restored it by hand, just for her. By the time he was done, the fixer upper had been transformed into the jaw-droppingly beautiful home of their dreams.

There is the Boone Platation which was the house used as Allie's parents summer home and going back it was also used as the Main Plantation home Mont Royal in North and South where Patrick Swayze's character Orry Main's family owned.

How about the Jefferson Manson at Jefferson Island, Louisiana. Jefferson was an actor from New York who came down to South Louisiana to get away. In the 1950s it was still pretty much the same as when it was built. Jefferson Island is a salt dome not an island.

I have actually been to the homes from Steel Magnolia’s … Shelby’s home is actually a bed and breakfast in Natchitoches, Louisiana. Had a wonderful stay there for my 22nd Birthday! And I also visited the home from Hope Floats, located in Somerville, Texas
