Just put them in the rice cooker!
1) Cut the pork tenderloin into the desired size and season with salt, pepper, and olive oil.
2) Roll the pork belly in a circle and tie it with a cooking thread.
3) Put pork belly in a zipper bag, add soy sauce, kelp, boiled soju, and water.
4) Close the zipper bag containing pork belly, vacuum pack the tenderloin, or put it in the zipper bag.
5) Adjust the temperature of the rice cooker to the lowest.
6) Add water to the pot and a zipper bag containing meat.
7) Cover it with a heavy bowl, close the lid, and open it after 2 hours (open the rice cooker occasionally so that the temperature does not get too high).
8) In the meantime, I made spicy curry.
(*How to make curry: Slice onions, put oil and butter on the wok, and stir-fry for a long time. When the onion turns brown, pour water and add curry powder and hashed rice powder in a 1:1 ratio. Adjust the concentration by adding water. Depending on your preference, if you add milk and cream, it becomes softer)
9) After 2 hours, open the rice cooker and wipe off the water from the cooked tenderloin.
10) Coat the tenderloin with flour, eggs, and breadcrumbs and fry them in 160 degrees of oil.
11) Bake the outer surface of pork belly in an unoiled pan. When the outside is burnt, pour soy sauce and boil it down.
12) Let the boiled pork belly cool down.
13) Put rice in a bowl and add curry.
14) Cut tenderloin pork cutlet into bite-size pieces, and slice pork belly thinly.
15) Add toppings on curry and eat it with rice.
(According to your preference, eat it with crushed pepper, roasted cherry tomatoes, fried eggs, etc.)
16) There's no need to buy a sous-vide machine!
