Yes bro you ate correct. I requested them for a unit replacement last month because of display issue with in manufacture warranty, they keep saying you will get new unit by next week again and again till today that am writing this. I don’t know what to do. I called Flipkart last day and addressed my issue because flipkart is their selling platform partner Thomson is really a scam. Please stay away from Thomson TVs Thinking about file a case on consumer court.

Yes you are right sir mene bhi abhi tv kharida hai Flipkart se jab tv install karne aya Banda to usme Mera wifi nahi connect nahi ho raha tha aur install wala Banda bola ki usko replacement karna padega. Jab replacement karne aya to wo kuch old tv me serial number match nahi ho raha hai. Esa karke chala gaya. Phir wapas ho nahi aya. Phir complaint kiya to uka koi reply hi nahi a Raha hai aur customer care ka number to pick up kar hi nahi rahe hai Abhi Tak koi jawab nahi aya hai..
