I am extremely disappointed with the Thomson TV and remote I purchased recently. The remote control is faulty; the battery slot is pushed inward, rendering it unusable. I reported this issue during installation on 07.09.2024 and have made numerous calls and sent reminders, but no one has come to resolve the problem. Despite being under warranty, I am still waiting for a replacement. The lack of customer support is unacceptable. I cannot recommend Thomson products based on my experience. Avoid at all costs!
