Thank you for the awesome list of advice. I liked them all, especially the one about "disrespecting" their food. Visiting Turkey is definitely on my bucket list, but I absolutely hate lamb meat, cucumbers (I am so allergic to it, that even the smell of it can trigger a severe headache on me) and spicy foods. I'll make sure to politely avoid any of these food items and try to adjust my habits to the local availability. Enjoy your travel adventures and, please, keep on sharing them with us 🤗

Lamb is the most popular meat in Gaziantep, but you can definitely find other options throughout the country. The smaller cucumbers are super popular everywhere too, but they're usually just served whole so shouldn't be an issue to avoid. Plus even though the peppers can be spicy, they're usually served whole and honestly most of the Turkish dishes aren't very spicy on their own. And will do, traveling is life! For the time being I'll most likely have about one longer video per week.

@@DavidGTravels they blame every single problem in their country on the foreigners living there. They don't show this to tourists cause you're spending money there.

@@CoolB962 I can't speak for the people of Turkiye of course, but I didn't encounter this there in my many interactions with people in all different kinds of environments. I do plan to return and continue to document travel experiences there in the same way I do everywhere else in the world (both positive and negative).

Good job actually, bravo, and I agree, the small things you mentioned are worth noting. The people are very friendly and open, which is one of the best things about visiting their country.❤
