If you can get Blood soaked jade the 10% movement speed is god send, no need to rank it up! Berserker eye 1* is really good in PvE and viper bite is probably one of the best 2* gems in PvE and PvP pain clasp is also really good gem that you should think about getting, after those its more of a personal preference!
