@@adriancooldude246 Well, it should be violent. That's how real train crashes are - so if it is a simulator then it should show the consequences of not doing your job properly too. I think it would motivate the drivers to be more careful when they move on to the real deal.

So interesting for me as an ex driver & 31 years on the railway, I really miss it. These are so much better than the company simulators that we were sometimes tested on for rules too.

There's a mod that allows you to pass red signals you can do head on collisions with it I found a link to it when I googled train sim 2 mods

Yes, you can also do it without a mod by saving the game just after you've passed the signal, and then loading into the save. 👍

That mod would useful if you want experiment the effects of alcohol on train operations and safety in Train Sim World where a player would have at least 2 drinks before operating a train in Train Sim World in an experiment.

The standard edition of Train Sim World costs £29.99 however it is more for other editions. The minimum amount of RAM required to run the game is 8GB, however 16GB is recommended. ROM is read only and used when the computer boots up so it shouldn't affect the performance of the game, I assume you mean storage? For that you'd probably want at least 80GB free on (ideally) an SSD. Hope that helps. :)

I enabled "off the rails" when creating the scenario which allows you to use trains that aren't appropriate for the route in question.

There's a few ways. 1. You can plug in a keyboard and press either 1,2,3 or 8. 2. On your PS controller, hold down the right analogue stick and press the right arrow. 3. Press down the right analogue stick. You should then be able to move your camera around with the analogue stick. Hope this helps.👍
