Do not minimize your personal experiences. Acknowledge them and choose to learn from them and rise above them. The people that hurt us wish to see us fail and stay quiet - do not let them have that satisfaction. Prove them wrong! Make all your dreams come true!

parental abuse is the worst my sister took the wrong lesson from this, which is that this is normal my message to everyone is that this is NOT normal and abusive boyfriends MUST be removed do not believe that everyone is like that, I have met SO many beautiful people who have healed my heart

My sister who is 4 years younger than me botched her face w fillers and thinks our abusive mom is some sort of saint. It’s sickening. She’s had abusive boyfriends as well but of course she doesn’t use those words to describe them. Also, I agree. My heart opened up as I got older and met more people and had more experiences and got away from the people that influenced me to feel terrible about myself

I chose to never look back and it feels as if my old life was LIFETIMES ago. you can do whatever your pretty heart desires. if you don't put yourself first who will? ❤❤❤
