All the talk of ‘being in the moment’ and ‘mindfullness’, here’s Lindsey singing a song he’s performed countless times as if he had never said those words or played those notes before, and this was the only time that mattered.

That's because it's real.... probably plays every performance to Stevie Nicks in his mind 💯

I love the satisfaction on his face when that first person screamed as he began to play. "Oh i'm just going to toy with the strings a bit, oh wait, here's something ya'll will know." and I love how he starts off slow, then gets it into the normal rhythm. Let's just say say I love everything about this man. His talent, his energy, his complete love for his music, just everything. I cannot wait to see him and Fleetwood Mac in concert in March. I'm getting tickets on the right side, just so that I can be near him!!

I reconnected with a really close friend I had in high school recently and as we were reminiscing, I asked her if she remembered a cassette tape she made me then and which Fleetwood Mac song she had played and recorded live for me on that cassette. She did and this was the Mac song she played and recorded for me. I smile ear to ear every time I hear it, thinking of that tape.

The no holds barred performance I kinda feel like paying forward. I always consider sending a link, to a long gone but not forgotten ultimately terribly mismatched loved/hated/loved/hated partner. Watching you play & sing this intimate song, solo, instantly brings tears to my eyes. Flashbacks & memories flood my (now elderly) mind. But no, I won't do it. Never going back again. Virtuouso performance, Lindsey. Saw you with FM at the US Festival '82. Saw you with FM again, on my birthday, at Classic West, 2017. Think I'd prefer to see you solo, next time, for the first and possibly the last time. PS: Maybe you'll read this and understand the impact.
