thats awesome that you are able to talk with your school counselor! i wish i did that back when i was in high school. I think i did something similar when i started seeing a psychologist at 17/18, she asked if i had any issues around sexuality and i was asexual at the point. i just said nope. I wish i was honest with her because i was crushing on my best friend and i wish i told her that, and that i was ace.
