I stood in the heat for 9 hours waiting for him (11 hours on my feet in total) in a park with over 100,000 people. Part of my toes are numb still, I'm also hoarse, I have a tan and my left leg is sore. And yet...THAT WAS THE BEST NIGHT OF MY LIFE!!! Might I add I didn't use the bathroom or drank any water once I got to Lollapalooza just after 11 AM. Just me stating facts, I'm not at all complaining. It was my first time going so I did not want to be too far from the stage. Being in that crowd was simply magic. It's one thing to watch it, but to have tens of thousands of ARMYs vibing, fan chanting and just going crazy, was the best moment ever. They pushed his time forward. He was supposed to go on at 9 PM. Hope went on at 8:50. The man gave us 10 extra minutes. Luckiest fandom ever! 🤗💜 There aren't any other artists on the planet I'd ever go through that for.

And that is why I say next year Lollapalooza got hard she used to feel and I don't think they're going to be able to unless they stacked that line up with some hard hitters they might not get another j hope but I'm hopefully they get a lot more K-pop artists to perform then just two I mean they could have gotten Jay Park cl blackpink got7 Jackson Wang Big bang XO monster x stray kids there's a whole host of acts they could have gotten more fans it could have been a record-breaking amount of people that would have came and I know there was more than 105000 because they're was Green Day was performing on the opposite side of the park Anna do you believe they said some fans that were actually there for them actually went to J-Hope which is saying something which is why I say Lala's going to have hard choose to feel next year and I don't think they're going to get that many people for one act unless it's a major act like something like Jackson Wang or maybe a monster extra stray kids and I'm going to probably need to stack the dick so to speak and instead of having them doing just you know headlining maybe do the last two or three acts of the day which is probably about the last four or five hours which is after 5:00 in the evening maybe have just strictly Korean off of one maybe two days and for what I gather I think Lollapalooza was struggling with some sales before they announced that J-Hope was performing on the last day which promptly up probably tripled their sales on attendance

J-hope is so freaking amazing and I can't emphasize it more. It must've been sooo tiring rapping, singing, and performing for a full hour. He never broke character from the transitions of the songs. His aura is so captivating. i think its bc of how much censored curse words r in korea. i think most fans are aware that bts' curses (especially the rapline) but mostly in their lyrics only not when theyre just interacting or communicating with their fans. the censorship of curse words in korea is rlly intense lol just look at "born singer" if you listen to it on spotify theres a beep sound so they could censor namjoon's line when he rapped "fucking real". a lot of bts' songs are even banned for apparently containing "vulgar words" even though the words are not that deep lol. this doesnt only happen to bts but a lot of other k artists too. i also remember when a lot of knetizens got mad at bts for cursing a lot in their ptd concert in la, they were heavily criticized for it. and in the past the rapline was also very hated bc of their lyrics that contains a lot of curse words especially in their cypher series.

And on another post on other website completely unrelated to the other, one of the audience in front who knows something about this technicality also mentioned about jhope's in ears that must be havung problems since there were manyntimes jhope is silent trying to still perform and cope up with the music even if he cant hear himself. I would just agree to the fact he's a total performer and he really prepared a lot for this that the problems on his in ears wont even matter to him anymore. 🫰🏻🫶🏻 Ps: many posted that there must be 1% (at least 1000 attendees) of non-armys who attended, kpop fans from other fandoms who used their own lightsticks to attend and cheer for jhope. Yes, that was an image of 'Ol Dirty Bastard -ODB at the beginning of "What If..". This is why many in the Western Hip-Hop community have so much respect for Rap Line because they pay respect to the OG's of the genre and know the history. people get shocked with him cursing but i don't they're grown and just cause they're K-Pop idols doesn't mean they can;' curse. V is my bias but J-Hope is my 2nd now.
