I take really good care of my patients. Help me here, One of my patients had very sensitive teeth and her rct experience was painful for her , despite block anesthesia intra pulpal, ligamental and infiltration . She's now scared of rct & indirectly asking for another doctor, how can I remove her fears now, especially when I know or fear it myself that she my feel pain again, should I still attempt. Or have her recommend to another doctor :(

​@@JustAHumanOnEarth123 Agreed. Just inject a small amount of la and ask of patient whether he/she feels irritation, discomfort, burning sensation or nauseating sensation. In case of such patient try alternative of ligno Caine such as articaine. Patient always come to dentist at last after they hv abused medication n number of times. In this scenario it's important to set realistic expectaions and also brief patient that each and every individual is unique and resistant to certain medication. Its not biggie and a different medication will do the trick. If pt is not willing for RCT explain what are conquences of of leaving untreated teeth. If they respond willingly do treatment or let go of such patient. Do try to remain calm and let patient express their discomfort and let go of emotion and help them eleviate their stress and anxiety

in last 6 months, I have spent around 250000 on dental implant of 2 incisors ......already 3 times implants are done .....All failed even with surgical guides .... 2 times partially placed in bones and once it got infected apically and had to be taken out .....overall All failed due to no fault of mine .... what loyalty are you talking about ?
