I’m not a professional but I found freedom from both of those things by waking up and talking to God daily. I stopped focusing on what others told me I need to do and I stopped doing things to impress others and accepted myself for me and chose to live for God only. His will not ours. And all of this is taught in the bible if you want the verses tell me. Let go of your prejudices and look into the question my friend! I want your good. This seems like a message send from above at the right time. I'm listening. I've been dealing with PTSD for several years and everything that comes with it(Anxiety and depression). I am getting the help I need, but sometimes it feels like I'm not making any progress. It's been an extremely difficult past few weeks. Feel like I'm here without being here. Not sure if that makes sense. I've been struggling to get out of my room and crying consistently. I know God is with me and I lay my trust in him. I thank him for getting these words to me in a time of hopelessness. I believe and I trust in you God.

Everything will work out, just pray daily and give thanks to God in everything. He will see you through. Hey it took me 3 attempts the past 9 months with going through different group therapy sessions for depression, anxiety, and panic attacks. However, I knew who I was and how I was brought up. I told them they can keep that medication, and Jesus will fill my prescription. I went and started individual counseling with a Christian doctor from my church one a week. I can tell you the only tears I have cried in the past 3 months are tears of Joy. No more crying and staying in the room because of sadness and hopelessness.
