I never see my opponent take on F5, I am very surprised to see that is the most common move played there. I know I would never take that pawn there, it exposed the King and ruins the defense. I find most people wait for me to take on G6 and then they take back with the pawn on F7 to open up the rook file. I do enjoy the grand prix opening though

At 4:02, why would black castle into white's obvious plan? I realize the pawn structure is messed up on the queen side, but still--I'd be tempted to castle queenside away from all of white's attacking pieces.
