You should've picked the other split that gives you Belarus and cores it, that path also straight up gives you a wargoal on the other Baltic states, doesn't matter if you're a puppet or not. You can still just click a decision to form the Baltic Federation once you've conquered Estonia and Lithuania.

FYI. Forest brothers were freedom fighters. Soviet Union occupied the Baltic states in 1940. 1941 the Soviet Union deported hundred thousand Baltic inhabitants to Siberia, in a barbaric way getting empty train wagons and stuffing as many people as they could. Many of them died on the way before even reaching Siberia. In Siberia they were dropped in random locations, with only the clothes they have, no money or food. Many of them perished. Some survived thanks to the local populace helping, but most did not. As why when Nazi Germany came across Baltic lands many saw them as Liberators, not only because of deportations, but also because the living standard's before the occupation were at the same level as Finland, Denmark, Netherlands e.t.c. after Soviet occupation the quality of life dropped significantly. So rolling forward 1944, Nazi Germany is losing WW2 and had forcefully conscripted a lot of Latvian, Lithuanian and Estonian men into the military and instead of retreating to Germany, most of them stayed and prepared to fight the upcoming Soviets for Independence, Estonia even got as far to writing a declaration of independence, but being numerically outnumbered multiple times, they retrieved to the forest and were fighting a Guerrilla war until 1956 against the Soviet Union. They existed, but only after 1944, so not super accurate.

Ethiopia has WAY too many formables, like they got I think around 5 or 6 and most of them are same with different themes. Edit: I just counted and found that they have 8 Edit 2: Technically about 5-7 more can be formed by Italy through conquest focuses Jeez, did the paradox devs "work" on Ethiopia just to look busy or what? @@_HollowBeing_ i really want to make my criticism productive so i’ll add some. For example instead of going soviet path you can just oppose them, steal belarus from soviets and unite baltics. After that if you have any time you can naval invade Denmark and Norway justify a wargoal on Sweden and declare war to Finland when Soviet attacks to get in Comintern and get the achievement. And at the last naval invasion in Fascist campaign you probably didn’t had any intel on them, you can build some radars to German Africa and get the intel. The other possibility is that your navy couldn’t get out of Kiel canal because of a bug, you can take the navy out to the Atlantic and it should be alright. I think watching competitive players like Bokoen or Dankus might help a lot 🤓🤓
