Absolutely awesome!!! Thank you for what you are doing.. I'm serving time now, but found crossfit and my life has been transformed into something beautiful. I am more emotionally, mentally, and physically healthy now than I ever thought possible. I will be released in 18 months and will be going straight to find a box I can call home.
